Timbits Exhibition Game Sanction

Rules and Regulations Outlining Application for Timbits Exhibition Games / Tournaments

  1. All games must follow the guidelines stipulated within the Timbits Program Manual. Click Here for a copy of the manual.
  2. All Timbits Teams are permitted to play 12 Exhibition Games (This includes tournament and exhibition games). 1st year teams can only play 1/2 or 3/4 ice games.
  3. The Exhibition Game / Tournament application must be submitted after December 3rd, 2009.
  4. Failure to apply for a Exhibition Game / Tournament Sanction may result in the suspension of a team coach or official.
  5. Upon approval/denial of your request, an email will be sent to the contact person listed on the form.  It will also be sent to your Timbits Coordinator and Associations President.  Requests are dealt with on Mon, Wed and Fri.   
  6. If you are attending a tournament outside of Zone 9 (Calgary) you must forward a copy of the tournament rules to your Timbits Coordinator.  The rules from this tournament must fall within the Hockey Calgary Timbits Operations Manual.
  7. Please note that this form will also clasify as your Travel Permit.  You do not need to fill out another form for a Travel Permit.
