Special Event Sanction

SPECIAL EVENT SANCTION

A Special Event Sanction should be requested any time a team or Associations plans to participate in an event or activity that is considered to be outside normal hockey programming.

The Hockey Alberta Game and Conduct Committee has adopted the following to help Associations determine if the event or activity they are planning falls within the acceptable guidelines for sanctioning.

NOTE: The area on the form for "Minor Hockey Association President" is your Association President - please make sure your President approves the form before submitting to Hockey Calgary. Hockey Calgary provides the Zone approval at the bottom of the form.
