Overage Player Application

OVERAGE PLAYER APPLICATION

Application must be made for Overage Player status and subsequently approved by Hocckey Calgary prior to the player particiapting in any try-out, practice, exhibition, tournament or league game with the team in the lower age category. A visual assessment of the player within his proper age category may be requested at the discretion of Hockey Calgary and a suitable time to view the player will be arranged.

Once the form is completed, fax the request to the Hockey Calgary Office at (403) 228-0578 along with any necessary documents as described in the links provided, above. For the purposes of approval, the League President will be the President/Chairperson of the Calgary Hockey Association that the player will be registering with. League and Zone approval will be provided by Hockey Calgary and Hockey Alberta.
